Rick Wood What a cool album. Beautifully recorded duo, all-instrumental, varied, Brooks Williams' fabled guitar chops coupled with Aaron Catlow's violin. Paced by folk melodies / improvisation / country alternating with jazz-inspired tunes that sound like the gentler songs on a Mahavishnu Orchestra album, but better (Ghost Owl; Rene's Garden). Also an oustanding instrumental cover of Brooks' great song "Weary of the Moon".
